FMED 750 CRIMINAL LAW 7 FORENSIC SCIENCE
Criminal law is the branch of law involving the prosecution of crimes by the government against those that commit crimes. This course is designed to provide an overview of criminal law offenses, criminal law procedures, issues of evidence discovery, admissibility of scientific evidence, and expert testimony - all with an emphasis on the criminal process and forensic science. The course is delivered using a mix of online lectures, readings, discussions, and student participation in moot court exercises.
